Refund & Reschedule Policy

At CPR with Lauren, we value your time, preparation, and commitment to learning lifesaving skills. Please review the following policy carefully before completing registration.

🗓 Reschedules

Each student may receive one complimentary reschedule if notice is given before class start time.
To request a reschedule, email stylesqualityscvs@gmail.com or call 866-918-8289 your instructor with your full name and class date.
After one reschedule, any additional date changes require a new registration fee.

🚫 Refunds

All sales are final. Refunds are not routinely issued.
We understand emergencies happen—please reach out if an exceptional situation arises, and we’ll review on a case-by-case basis.

⏰ Lateness & No-Shows

Classes begin promptly. A 10-minute grace period is provided.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late without prior notice, you will forfeit your seat and may request one complimentary reschedule (if not previously used).
If you miss your rescheduled class or fail to attend without notice, your registration is forfeited.
